Q: Payments
What form of payments do you accept?

A: To ensure the utmost in privacy and security for our customers, all orders are processed through PayPal’s safe and trusted e-commerce site. We accept all major credit cards, via Paypal, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. You do not have to have a paypal account nor create one to check out.

 
Q: Shipping Policy
What are your shipping policies? 

 

A:                                   $4.00 flat shipping rate!
 
**FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS OVER $40.00** 
 
Your bows will arrive attached to professional bow hanging card, surrounded by tissue paper, and packaged in a sturdy box to prevent crushing during shipping.  Current shipping times are within 3-5 business days. Larger orders may take a bit longer. We only ship within the US. On occasion there might be delays in processing orders.  You will be notified if this happens.  All items are HAND MADE TO ORDER.  Thank you for your understanding. 
 
We currently ship via USPS mail.  You will receive a confirmation email upon the shipping of your package, which will include a delivery confirmation number for your records.
 
 
Q: Return Policy
What is your return policy?
 
A: Our products are hand crafted and custom made for each order.  Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or an error our part.  If there is a defect with our product or an error, please contact us within 7 days.  Return the product in new, unworn condition, with the original packaging. Once we receive the return, an exchange will be provided or we will refund your original purchase price.

Do you do custom orders?
 
A: Custom orders are always welcomed. If you don't see what you are looking for feel free to email me at jennifer@bellaboobowtique.com 
We would be happy to work with you to design the perfect hairbow for your little Princess.
